I had a such a great time documenting Tamara and Adam's festival wedding at Walton Castle in Somerset; a 17th century castle on a hilltop in Clevedon. The couple had the run of the place and did so in spades!
As if a festival themed wedding in your own castle for the day isn't special enough, the day was made even more special with an announcement that they were expecting their first child! We had originally planned on getting a few photographs of the bump to use as an announcement card, but you can only hide a bump for so long from your friends and family so they decided to do it on the day, managing to successfully hide the bump until the speeches using a tear-drop bouquet and two different wedding dresses!
Still keeping many traditional touches to their day, the evening brought 'Wedfest' to the castle grounds with a wood-fired pizza oven, face painting, fire pits, vintage VW beetle ice cream van, alongside a band and a spectacular fireworks display. All this was brought together and styled by Steph at Sweet and Pretty UK with help from Kirsten at The Little Wedding Helper and Adele at Tin Can Floral
A huge thank you to all the guests for making me feel so welcome on the day and to all the suppliers for making the venue look so amazing.
