Wedding Photographer Cardiff | Nat and Cal at Cardiff University

Cardiff wedding photographer at Cardiff University: This Scottish - Welsh union had all sorts of grandeur! Calum brought his clan down from Scotland to join his new bride's family in South Wales for this wonderful occasion. The wedding ceremony took place at Cardiff City Hall Council Chamber - a grand venue for a ceremony and certainly the nicest registry office type venue I've come across! From there, Clan Ross led the way with a bagpipe escort (a rare sight in the Welsh Capital) from City Hall through Alexandra Gardens to Aberdare Hall at Cardiff University. The malt whisky, intertwined with bagpipes and outbreaks of traditional welsh singing made for a truly memorable event. I really enjoyed being the Cardiff wedding photographer for this amazing wedding and just want to thank Nat and Cal for having me along as their wedding photographer on their special day.

I've been a Cardiff wedding photographer on a number of occasions over the years but this is the first time I've had the opportunity to photograph a wedding inside the Cardiff City Hall Council Chamber; what an amazing space! Nat and Cal had such a great wedding to document - a meeting of two cultures, with half the guests coming down from Scotland and the other half from Wales.  Their Cardiff wedding reception venue was at the historic Aberdare Hall at Cardiff University with afternoon tea followed by an evening hog roast. Here are a few wedding pictures for a quick preview.

Absolutely love the look from a proud father seeing his daughter for the first time on her wedding day.
